TapFree provides a self-service Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) platform that enables content creators, businesses, and individuals to design, customize, and publish personalized bio-link micro-landing pages to aggregate their online presence.

By creating an account, claiming a handle, or subscribing to our paid services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use or access TapFree.

2. Description of Services & Merchant Model

TapFree offers digital productivity software for online creators. Our services include:

• Free tier: Customizable bio-link profile with standard themes and core links.
• Pro Creator subscription: Premium features including unlimited links, custom styling, advanced 90-day CTR analytics, link scheduling (automated launch and expiration), newsletter capture, and removal of TapFree branding.

3. Account Registration & Handle Ownership

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Handle registration (e.g., tapfree.me/yourname) is granted on a first-come, first-served basis. TapFree reserves the right to reclaim or reassign handles that infringe upon registered trademarks, impersonate real persons, or engage in handle squatting without active profile usage.

4. Acceptable Use & Strict Content Rules

To maintain a safe ecosystem compliant with global payment network rules (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and payment processor requirements (Stripe), you agree that you will NOT use TapFree to host, link to, or promote:

• Sexually explicit or adult content: Pornography, adult services, escort services, or links to 18+ paywalled explicit media.
• Copyright infringement & piracy: Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted software, torrents, stolen credentials, or counterfeit goods.
• Fraudulent & deceptive schemes: Phishing links, get-rich-quick scams, multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, or unverified financial solicitations.
• Illegal substances & weapons: Firearms, ammunition, regulated drugs, counterfeit pharmaceuticals, or illegal contraband.
• Hate speech & harassment: Defamation, threats of violence, discrimination, or non-consensual personal information distribution (doxxing).
• Malware & technical abuse: Malicious scripts, URL redirects leading to malware, credential harvesting, or automated denial-of-service attempts.

Zero Tolerance: Any profile found in violation of these acceptable use terms is subject to immediate suspension, deletion, and permanent banning without refund.

5. Subscriptions, Fees & Payment Processing

Certain features of TapFree require a paid subscription (the “Pro Plan”). Pricing is clearly posted on our Pricing Page and confirmed during checkout.

• Recurring Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• Payment Processing by Stripe: Payments are securely handled by our PCI-DSS certified payment processor, Stripe Inc. TapFree does not store or process full payment card numbers.
• Instant Fulfillment: Pro features are provisioned and unlocked automatically and instantaneously upon successful payment confirmation.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We believe in fair, hassle-free subscription management:

• One-Click Self-Service Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through the Stripe Customer Portal or from your creator dashboard. There are zero cancellation penalties.
• Access Period: Upon cancellation, your Pro benefits remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged again.

7. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights, copyrights, and trademarks in the content, links, logos, and images you upload to your TapFree page. By publishing content through our service, you grant TapFree a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and format your content solely for the purpose of operating your public bio page.

All TapFree software, code, branding, logos, and designs are the exclusive intellectual property of TapFree.me.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

TapFree is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and fast edge delivery, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapFree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or any linked third-party websites.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online software-as-a-service providers, without regard to conflict of law principles.
